Haydn was a great composer, that's for sure.

Franz Joseph Haydn (April 1, 1732 – May 31, 1809) was one of the most prominent composers of the Classical period, called the "Father of the Symphony" and "Father of the String Quartet".

=from Wikipedia=

As for trombone brands, I've never heard of it, so probably not.

The same companies who make tenor trombones also make bass trombones.

Bach, Conn, Yamaha, and Getzen all make excellent tenor and bass trombones. So does Edwards, Rath, Shires, and Greenhoe, who are the expensive, top-of-the-line modular companies.

As I mentioned, Shires makes some of the best trombones in the world. I own two of them. I also own a Rath, and would highly recommend either of these brands. As for Weril, I've never tried nor seen one, but I heard that they were OK.

^Agree.

I play an Edwards, and I love it. And that Greenhoe valve is probably one of if not the best on the market. A bit pricey, but worth it.

My teacher back in college played an Edwards with the Greenhoe valve and it was probably the best horn I have ever played.

Shires and Rath are also great costom horn companies.
