I have no idea how to play a brown note, or I guess you could say really low Bb. Its making me very angry!

Again, relax and work your way down to it. As far as the language goes, if this site had a problem with somehwhat profane language then it would be blocked out. Nothing is being directed at another person, and if you're not able to deal with it then stop checking a site that does. Nobody here is calling you anything inappropriate, and eventually in the real world you will have to deal with people who do speak profanely.

Anyways, to play a pedal B flat, keep your corners firm, but keep the center of your embouchure open and loose. The more open the the hole in your lips is (I guess it's called the aperture, but I'm not sure how to spell it), the lower your notes will be. If you have a teacher, it's best to ask him. Or find a fellow trombone player who knows how to play pedal notes and have him demonstrate for you. That will get you started.

It's also going to be pretty tough to get it the first time if you're using something like a 12c mouthpiece.

does your horn have a trigger on it? if it does, get on cgconn's website. They have a slide position chart for trombone with F-attachments. When you have that, work your way down with a tuner from a Bb on the staff.
Get every note in tune.
just so you know, if it says a low B natural (the space below the 2ed ledger line under the bass clef) that is a "fake tone."
another words, your horn, when tuned to Bb and the F attachment is tuned to a F, it is unable to hit that note in a long 7th position. you have to lip it down.
But once when you get all those notes down, hitting a pedal note will be easy.

without a F attachment,
go down to a low E natural.
get that note in tune with a resonate tone and hit it with ease.
try to hit the low Bb. What they said is all right, just keep in mind of control over your pitch.
when you start out your probably just aiming to hit the note, but as become to hit it easily get your tuner out and get it in tune.
after that keep working down.
eventually you might be able to work your way down to a double pedal Bb, I am able to but its barely heard and probably will never see it in any literature, but it helps get the tone I want and the air support I need.

Just for clarification, the low Bb that we're talking about is not "double pedal" Bb. It's just "pedal" Bb. You know low F in 6th? The pedal Bb is a fifth below that. The double pedal Bb is an octave and a fifth below that, and requires two triggers with the slide extended all the way to the very end. It is very difficult to play unless you're a very experienced base trombone player.

MusicMan is correct, but I hear many other trombone players get the terminology wrong, so I just wanted to get that out.

just for furture purposes, once you are able to play a pedle b flat play it often. use it in your warm ups. play it as much as you would a tuning b flat or a high b flat. do it all the time. this will help you develop good habits in breathing, using more air.developing a good p. b flat will help you develope good sounds on other low notes aswell as in every register . it might not be the funnest thing to do to practice low notes. but it helps so much more than people think.
