Hi,

My son is taking his first trombone exam (Grade 1) this year (he takes weekly lessons and plays in the school's band). Here in Australia there are 2 different exam paths - 'band trombone', and 'trombone'. Can anyone give me an idea of how we should decide between these for him? We are very new at this!

He should take a band exam for more experience with different instruments to learn better i did too
