Woa....isn't that quite early? After the 3/4 of 280 Ringgit Malaysia(I live in Malaysia) I got a full sized one costing RM350 only....which i figure is quite cheap in foreign country. And the sound is WAAAYYYY bad. HAHA. i'm gonna change it to one that cost RM1500 which my teacher recommends now though.

well, actually i wouldnt put it that way. when i grew out of my 3/4 size violin, i got a kindof expensive violin for $2500 and well if your a beginner, its best to gradually get more expensive violins. you know? my private lessons teacher told me she started with a $1500 violin then slowly got this really cool antique violin thats older than the very first car ever made, its from the 18th century. anyways, the more pro you get the more expensive of a violin you get.

I got my more expensive violin ($1,500 compared to a.. REALLY REALLY crappy violin.. we got it from my Grandpa's basement haha. They have tons of instruments, most if not all arent' real good quality past what they do- like bluegrass stuff.)
Anyway, I got it when I outgrew (in size, and level) the crap one. That was about 2 years after I started.
