Can anybody I.D. this 18th century violin?

I recently bought this. It's apparently a late 18th century instrument, possibly from England or France. No marks or lable. I'm hoping somebody here knows enough about the body style, scroll, and construction to elude upon its origins. Pictures can be seen here:
