The Karaoke thread reminded me of something I stumbled across a long time ago that I'm not unable to find. It was accompaniment CD's for, I think, the Suzuki books and it would play the second viola/violin part, maybe some piano, but leave the first part unplayed so that you could play along with it. I have no idea what it's called and I can't find it, anyone know?

Also, what's on the Suzuki CDs? Ok, they're performed by William Preucil, that's great, but what's on them :D

I found some. They're called "play along". Well, that's a brand I think. Either way, I found some although I'm unable to find any for the Suzuki series

WOw... I hope you are able to find some. When I was learning to play Viola CDs, though they existed, no one bought them yet. We still listened to cassettes.

I still have books two and four of the sazuki series though, for viola, as well as the piano accompanament book.

I tried searching Google, local stores, and found nothing for you. All I found was some very old cassets, but your looking CDs as I hear. Also, another member mentioned Cassets.

WOW! A book, a dvd, software, and play along CDs! All for $9! I might just have to order that, just to see if it's any good.

I still haven't found any play along duets for the suzuki method tunes, although I did find a guy on youtube that plays most of them (professional).
