Like, what kind of sound is the best quality of instrument?

Are u looking for a beginner outfit? Oe just some general info. It`s an ambiguous question to ask..so it`s hard to give u a definate answer. There`re alot of good violins in the market, and no two of em are quite the same.
But generally, the better the projection( carrying power), the more balanced the tone , the richer the tonal palette, the more refined and velvety the tone(esp. Fine French violins), the more defined, a good, easy to play set up will be considered very good.

Alright, I`ll give you that. I had once owned one from both companies; I was really just throwing them out there for the person to get ideas from.

Stradivarius was the most famous luthier who ever lived. His instruments fetch hundreds of thousands, even over a million.

Stadivarius COPIES abound and thename on a label means absoltuely nothing. Nothing at all.
