Hi, I am looking for sheet music for "Why Does It Always Rain On Me?" Travis. There is a cello part in there and I was curious to see if anyone happened to have it? If so, could you please please e-mail me?? Or leave a reply for me to e-mail you? I would greatly greatly appreciate it!

i don`t as such have the cello part, although there is a way you could get it if you download the demo of sibelius 4 and then get a midi file and convert it you will be able to print out a copy. by the way the cello part does at times sound nice but i did find it awfully boring but it depends what grade you are realy and what type of music you play frequently.

Thank you very much! Yeah, from listening to the music, it is pretty boring. I am a junior in high school but I just began studying cello in like September. We are like going at 2x the speed as we are trying to get alot stuffed into our fingers and brain before the end of the year. My director hopes to have the first string ensemble in 20 years next year. Cool eh? But this is fo a dear friend of mine. He adores this song, especially the cello heard in it. I know it would thrill him if I was able to play it Thanks, now where can I find this demo and how to do all of this?

well what you have to do it go no to the sebilius web site and download the free sebilius 4 demo then when its looaded up click open file and open the midi file it should come up with it if it doesnt then just get another midi file and try that(being a demo it doesnt alway convert it properly)remember if it isnt labled cello look for withr the bass cleff or the tenor cleff. yea ive been playing for about 6 or 7 years and ive got to the stage where ive started picking the music i want to learn and most of the stuff i learn is on top of what my teacher teaches me im suposed to do my grade 6 next year some times and if my teacher gets his way with the center director he wants me to do grade 8 the year after, skiping grade 7 as well as 5. i want to get a chamber orchestra together, i was after a school string quartet but it was made into a string orchestra but baroque music is so much better than the new stuff although schindlers list is realy good. what grade are you doing next? what other things have you played? what orchestras etc. are you involved in?

Well, right now it is just beginners book for right now and whatever they (the choral teacher AND my band director are doing this) arrange for us. I mean, we are the first organized string ensemble in 20 years! So this is all very new and they know how to play, well, for that matter, but it still has its ups and downs/negatives and positives. So I have no clue what grade music, I guess elementary?? lol! But, next year, we will have a REAL string ensemble as a group of us will know how to play and right now, because we are experienced musicians, atleast 90% of the class, we are going along really really well.

Hi rachel i normally find it you go to a music shop like Windows, i don`t know where you live but i`ll tell you the shops name. Windows in newcastle is a good shop for finding any piece of music you want. So maybe if you could find Windows music shop near where you live you might be able to get it. They do alot of selcetions so i guess they would do something like that.
If they don`t they might order it for you, well hope this might help you.
