I love the cello part...I listened to the song like 5 times and just figured it out on my cello! It sounds so cool.

Omg i remember when i just started to play the cello in the 8th grade and it was like my 5 month of playing and i was in the begining orchestra with 6th graders...Then the orchestra teacher came up to me and asked me if i could play with the advanced orchestra because she was low on cellos so i filled in and omg....that cello solo was in there that was some crazy !***! for me to play but it was fun

are you sure? go to Amazon.com and look up pirates of the caribbean soundtrack and go under walk the plank is that the cello solo your talking about cause thats the only one i know?

i love POTC on cello. after sax, im best at cello and its AWESOME. the solo its constantly being played over and over in my head!!!!

Hey, this is the first time i have used this site. I've read all this madness over POTC cello part. I love it, i've bought 'classic fm at the movies' just to hear it. I was gona sit down and work it out from the cd but if any of you would be kind enough to email me any ideas of the cell solo that would be fantastic.
