Hi everyone!!

I ask questions in different forums to try to learn something about the instrument the forum is for, so here I am!!

Anyway, can you guys explain to me how to read TABs?? I've seen some sheet music on different sites, but the music I want is written that way. I don't play guitar of bass (though I'd seriously love to)...

Thanks!!

5th o----------------
6th o----5----------

A number on any line is the fret you play it on. So that five would be an A played on the 5 fret of the 6th string.

on 8notes.com here, you can go to Guitar, then Free Guitar Lessons, and select Guitar Tabs explained. It explains all the basic of tab notation. good luck
