Somewhere Over The Rainbow is one of my favorite songs. Tommy Emmanuel is a huge Chet Atkins fan. What a perfect way to pay homage to your gutiar hero but by playing your heart out on a song he did.

Chet used arpeggios made up alternatively of both fretted notes and false harmonics, that gives it a harp-like sound!

for those who are interested for music transcribed for guitar, "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" can be found in Chet Atkins "Note-For-Note."
