The way I hear it, she plays these chords:

F#-9 / B
G#+5(b9)
C#-9
F#13

(Listen to the song at 1.04 - 1.07 or 2.12 - 2.17 minutes where she stops playing the bassnotes on her rhodes to hear it clearly)

this are the notes of the chords to play:

B - a c# e g#
G# - c e f# a
C# - b d# e g#
F# - a# d# e g#

(left hand - right hand)

To Jamil
C# - F# - A is F# minor in second inversion
and
G# - B - E - F# is E major sustained 2nd
