I`d like to talk about the piano on a piano forum. Every post on this forum is "Do you want this sheet music?" and "can I have this sheet music?" If your talking about free sheet music, go to the FREE SHEETMUSIC FORUM!!!!!

Then talk about what you want, someone will answer.

I find this a lot on this piano forum too. It's kind of annoying to have to pick through all of these free sheetmusic threads, especially since many of them are more than 2 years old.

I know exactly what you mean, I'm fairly new to this site but I can see that the piano forum seems to be more of a forum for exchanging sheet music than exchanging and passing on musical knowledge and advice to each other which is a bit stupid I find, on some the other forums, like the clarinet and voice forums people want to help each other and evryone is willing to give advice to help others as well, are there not any other pianists that feel the same?

lets choose a topic.
for example we can talk about the piano we have at home.
i have a kawai k25 which i really like it.
some people prefer yamaha, others kawai.
among these two i prefer kawai.

Guys, we've just put a new measure in place that means older threads get closed, so hopefully that will mean more of the interesting threads stay near the top. We'll also try to focus on the piano forum a bit to move out the 'free music' threads over to the free sheet music forum where they belong.
Thanks for your input.
