A-Ha Take on Me Tabs

Okay, so I'm trying to teach myself the introduction to Take on Me by A-Ha. I have no idea how to read real sheet music, so I'd appreciate it if someone could supply tabs for me, and just to make things clearer for anyone trying to help me, here's the first part of the piece I want to play in the format of tabs I need:

After that I'm not sure how to play it, but you can try it on your own piano to get a feel for that piece of the song, so if you could assist me, I'd truly apprecdiate it.
