As of now, my piano lessons have currently ended, and I really haven't been practicing. I think one reason is because I'm bored, and my teacher never really gave me much to motivate me. So far, I've worked up to John Thompson book 3 (which is really sad considering how long i've played). can someone suggest a new method book for me?

This approach will definitely motivate you!
This guy has joined musical and technical realms in a profound way.Somehow he goes deeper than the usual approach to technique (arm weight, finger action, high wrist low wrist free wrist etc.) all the way into an analysis of the innate structure and function of the fingers, hand, arm and body.
Is worked for me.
Here is a link to a short DVD demo, i am sure it will give you loads of ideas!
