Mine would be Mozart's Rondo Alla Turka and Beethoven's Fur Elise and Chopin's Fantasie-Impromptu

I don't have a favorite piece (too hard to decide), but most of my favorite pieces are by Chopin.

Of course, Grieg has some of the best pieces, but I do agree on Chopin, too. In general, I like an eclectic variety of music, including some more modern pieces.
