(I think I may have hit the enter key early on accident with the first one. :/)
I've just pretty much started playing the keyboard (I'd much rather be playing on a piano, but a keyboard is my only option), and I'm having a bit of trouble with a lot of things. I know how to read music decently, but I'm pretty new to that, too. It just takes me forever to figure it out. Is anything that I could do to improve my sight-reading, or will it just get better over time (I hope)? I played Clarinet for a year, so I have a little knowledge on sight-reading. My counting / timing is awful, though.
Secondly, I'm also having a lot of trouble with the fingerings, too. I haven't really tried to play much music. (I've just been trying to practice scales). But, maybe the music that I do pick out is too difficult. Is there any beginner music that anyone can recommend me. I'm a big anime / video game fan (Final Fantasy), so if anyone knows some of the songs from there that I could be able to play that would be amazing.
