Let´s have a discussion about who is the best pop pianist ever! My personal favorite is the great piano man himself, BILLY JOEL! Comment my pick or tell me your own favourite. I have to admit that I would be very surprised if not at least one of you agrees with me... then again, my opinion is somewhat based on the fact that I think Billy is the best pop composer of all times!

I tend to agree with you, but maybe Neil Sedaka is better.

My vote is for Elton John.

I have to say alicia keys, so has so much soul.. and her voice is amazing... she plays the piano very well also..

I would agree with you but i reckon Delta Goodrem is my fav.....I do like billy joels music and all but...i would have to fo with Delta

Ben Folds by far, nah there`s probably heaps better than him but I like his music the most.

my fav. pianist is Richard Clayderman! he really touches the soul of music.

Anybody heard of Jools Holland. He`s the best in my opinion.

I think Jimmy Webb is quite handy...at least in the 70´s.

i think michelle branch is because her pieces are pretty advanced compared to the other pop musicians...in my opinion anyways.
