I`m fairly new to piano, but thought i know the basics... I bought the book called "The Disney Fake Book".

"A Whole New World" is the first song that i`m trying in this book, and i`m REALLY confused. The first bar defies all logic (that i know of).

Is it against the rules to scan in a line of music so we can discuss it? I would just like to scan in the one line that is giving me a headache... there are a few notes in there that just don`t make sense...

Please let me know!
