I`m Drummer Gurl #1 and I`m first chair in my section. I have been for a while. We have some preety good snare and tenor players,but i`m the best in symphonic band.

Drumming is all about rudimental stuff like the snares and quads.
But I guess bells are an important part of percussion.
You;re probably first seat in synphonic because of that.
Every drummer should be good at both. Don`t expect attention because you`re in a dumb highschool synphonic band (chances are, every perc music is easy in highschool.
Congradulations moron, youre so original and talented (not).

Your the idot. I doubt that you`ve even seen a piece of High school or college percussion music. I`m first chair because I have talent, and love for what I do. RETART

I am section leader in my highschool`s symphonic band and marching band(snare). Honestly, how many pieces in your symphonic band do you see that is rudimentally challenging? Rarely, veeeeeeeert rarely.
Talent? Where? To not be the best in rudimental drumming?
You`re probably 1st seat in symphonic and not the best in marching band because your rudimental vocabulary is junk.
I do not know how good you are in keyboards, but if you`re not good in rudimental drumming, as a percussionist it doesn`t really say much, you should be good at both.
BTW I dind`t say you don;t love what you do, now stop bragging on the internet like how good good you are, or how you can beat boy drummers, or who you think in your section sucks. You sound very close minded.
