I would write stuff if I had time...
if you want to, you can actually find stuff online already. A lot of Drum Corps warm-ups are cool enough to work for cadences. If you want to write your own, just write 3 measures of a cool syncopated rythm, then a measure of snare solo. 3 more measures of a little bit different cool syncopated rythm, then a tenor solo. 3 more measures of a little bit different cool syncopated rythm, then a bass solo. Repeat 3 measures of the first rythm, then play a measure of supertriplets, then you're done. Since that probably didn't make sense, try this:
A=Cool Syncopated Rythm
B=A, but with a twist at the end
S=Solo (Section or Individual)
T=Rhythm in which the last 2 beats are a supertriplet
each letter and number is one measure:
A1 B1 A1 S1 A2 B2 A2 S2 A3 B3 A3 S3 A1 B1 A1 T

That might not make much sense... sorry.
Brad
