im going to be getting a green 7-piece Mapex, and am thinkin about adding a 24" bass to it, but i cant seam to find any that offer Green as a stock color, so i am looking for advice on what color would atleast look good with the rest of the kit

why dont you just go with a 22 base

ive got a 22 ludwig and its awesome, i swear the size of the pillow i needed to dampen it anyway.

i will, but i was just thinking of throwin on a 24" on the side for effect, like if i wanted a deeper bass for something, but i've decided against it, partially for cost, partially for space

yeh, but i rekn 22 without something to dampen is deep enough anyway, otherwise itd sound stupid so i agree with u deciding on the 22
