LSU(Louisiana state University) has a great music program and so does USM(Universtiy Of Southern Mississippi)

USF in Tampa, FL is really good. FSU has an amazing jazz program.

Where do you live and what are you looking for? Do you want a general music degree, a performance degree, or an education degree? Answering those questions might help narrow the search, as there are a bunch of really great programs in the country.
