This is my first Sax purchase (I haven't purchased it yet) and I have no clue of what I'm doing. I'm clearly a beginner and do not need a top of the line Sax but I also do not want to waste my $$ on junk. Can anyone please help me out?

Never heard of them. They don't even have a website. My advice would be to go with a different brand.

Thanks. There are a bunch of Selmens on Ebay Sopranos for like $225. Are these for real (in your opinion)? How about a Cecilio?

PLEASE! DO NOT GIVE THOSE BRANDS YOUR MONEY!!!!!!! They deserve to go out of business.
If you want a halfway decent begginner sax, get a Yamaha YAS-23 or even a Conn 24MHF.
Avoid Barrington, Blessing, Amati, Keilworth, Allora, BandNow, First Act, or Cannon Ball.
Beware of Weimer, because they are an extremely cruddy brand and those saxes will get you nowhere!

Vito is halfway decent. I am not sure who makes them, but I heard that LeBlanc owns the Vito company.
I assume Vitos are okay, because I have heard many good students play on them. I still stand by my suggestion of getting a YAS-23 from Yamaha.

one of us funked up the spelling, unless one is a knockoff brand. I'm to lazy to go check my shadow to see how it's spelled, I will later
