Altissimo is much more than just fingerings, (someone will post you a fingering chart) you must learn the art of voicing in order to play altissimo correctly. Some books that you should have in your library: "Voicing"-Donald Sinta and "Saxophone High Tones"-Eugene Rousseau. Without learning how to voice, the altissimo register comes out very flat and sharp on most notes, and you must learn to compensate for it. If you want immediate gratification, do a search on the internet and you will find them.
Good Luck

i heard that the high f# is 1,3,4, and 6 as the fingaring im not sure though, but don't worry about the fingering if you don't have the right ambuture, your tonge needs to be lifted more and alot of the mouthpiece has to come in, tight lips folded lower lip, and lots of air

honestly a lot of people ask for this but they dont understand the training it takes. You can't just hit some keys and play altissimo. I have been working on altissimo for awhile and i can still only hit the high G on a jazz mouthpiece. Theres no easy way to play them.
