I've just started going above the high F on tenor and I can only get the high F# with one fingering, I can't get above that. Are there any good tips to help with this?

I recommend getting the books Voicing by Donald Sinta and Saxophone High Tones by Eugene Rousseau. This register takes alot of dedication and patience to play in, and there is alot more than just fingerings (in that register fingerings just help you get there its all about voicing). Sorry there isn't any quick answer on this, but keep practicing.

I'm talking about the first one, the second two are easy. It is, for me at least, the highest F. And thanks, for any help cjbass.

maybe a thicker reed, and maybe a different mouthpiece, but in the long run, go with what cj said, he's right on and knows his stuff better than most of us here.
