We need quartet music for the Saprano, Alto, Tenor, and Baritone saxophones. We would prefer a Christmas theme as we'll be playing it during our Christmas Concert. Any would help. Thx!!!

First, learn how to spell soprano, then go buy your music like everyone else does. It's a cost of being a musician so if you can't deal with that maybe you should reconsider.

Don't mind Dewey he treats everyone like dirt, just ignore him, he is completely opposite of most saxophonists. I do however agree with Dewey but I will at least give you reasons:
I know that it is easy to trade music on the internet theses days and if your trading music like the scooby doo theme, it doesn't bother me, but when you start trading quartet music and saxophone repertory you take money away from the publisher and composer. While we may not really care about doing that here is something to consider. Saxophone is still one of the least composed for of band and orchestra instruments. Why would any composer or arranger spend their time and effort to do something for us when they get nothing in return. If we don't keep purchasing Milhauds "Scaramouche", the publisher will simply stop printing it, and if you don't know anyone who has it you will not be able to get it. My point is encourage composers to write and publishers to print it, because we definately need the reperitory.

Perfectly understood. Thanks for explaining. I am really new to the whole music thing. I never really go looking for music like this but we can't find any in our library at school. Thanks!!! will definitely keep this in mind. Just checking for stuff.
Thanks,
Kyle

Some good websites for getting some music are www.windmusicplus.com, www.hickeysmusic.com, www.sheetmusicplus.com just to name a few. Happy hunting.

Dewey is right about the buying music thing, but he could have said it in a more polite way. Buying music doesn't always have to be an issue; have you tried looking on this website yet?
