For that price, very unlikely, although you may strike it lucky. VERY high risk. The first time it needs servicing, which may well be straight away, the cost of servicing may be close to the cost of the sax, and in any case, after that servicing is done, the sax is likely to have a value that is less than the cost of the servicing. That means that there is a good chance that as soon as you buy it, you may as well throw it away.

Much better to buy a second hand sax of a well known, reputable brand name, such as Yamaha.

I completely agree with micron. Spend $200 more on a used Yamaha 23, a relaible horn that will last you the rest of your life if necessary. You won't regret it for a second.

Be aware that most saxophones for sale, both second hand AND new, need servicing before they will play well.
