hey everyone i played at the sale estedfed 2day abd i was not nervous at all the all way befor it or when we were walking up the onto the stage but as soon a i started to play i was out of breath and it hard to play i don't no if it was nerves or what any sugestions Y??

ps i play the alto saxophone
