Hey guys, another dilemma. Ive been looking into some metal mouthpieces, and synthetic reeds. Today i found, and am debating to order, a Runyon Metal Spoiler Mouthpiece. I also have already ordered two Bari Star synthetics. I know that runyon metal spoilers have a great tone, but i always used cane reeds. Will the BARI Stars affect it in a negative manner? Just wanted to know before ordering the mouthpiece.

The mouthpiece should be fine w/o the synthetic reeds DON"T USE THEM only use wood reeds because even though synthetic ones will last longer the sound is terrible. Also I would suggest maybe a Jody Jazz mouthpiece if you are interseted.
