I'm looking to upgrade my mouthpiece when I get a professional sax this summer. What are your suggestions for a mouthpiece for classical music?
Thanks in advance.

What are you playing on now? Personally I've grown to love the Selmer C*'s made of ebonite/hard rubber.

to be honest, I have no idea. I dropped my first one on the band room floor and it managed to hold, but then when I was cleaning it, a crack formed and broke a chunk out. My director at the time just gave me hers and it's so old I can't read what it says. haha

If you are getting a pro Selmer, they actually come with C*'s. If you are getting something else, get a C*. Or, if you want to hunt, keep on the lookout for an old Selmer Soloist.
