hi everyone
when im tonguing im using my hole tongue not just the tip and if i look in the mirror i can see my tongue moving in my throat
any advice to help me change this or exercises

Yeah, this may be a problem. Try tounging with the tip of your toungue. And by tip, i don't mean the EXACT tip. Try this: put a reed at the very center of your toungue. After this, slide the reed down until you get just before the tip of your toungue. Hope this helps.
