Practicing in a dorm isn`t too easy, since they are about the size of a walk-in closet. Then there are your neighbors, who can hear you have a quiet conversation from their room. Thets not forget the roomate...mine was one of the dumb jock types. Not that there is anything wrong with it, he just didnt appreciate jazz music, other that that we got along well...ohh the drunken haze...
R U a fan of the Cowboy Bebop also?

yeah i like.... i did not think that being in a dorm would be that hard... i thought it would be easer them being at home but i must be wrong... it is all good... so how long have you been playing... what do you like to play..... i like just about anything... but sadly my last concert is this week cuz i am not going to be able to play while i am in college which sucks....

been playing for about 8 yrs. now, Love every minute of it. Dorm life isn`t too bad, just not a good place to practice. Its better to play in some grass on campus or something, you`ll be surprised how many people appreciate it and throw money into the case (made $54 one time, BEER MONEY!!) I moved back to the house yesterday, ahhh... real food.
Yeah, the only thing with summer is that there is no band/jazz class...but I learned that by practicing solo w/ random songs help.
Well, its about 2:11 a.m. and i`ve just gotten back from a friends house (big poker game/jam session/ party) and I need to sleep..ttyl.

you have been playing for a long time that is about as long as i have been playing and all... that is kool how you mad that much money... i am about to get ready to go to college but i am not going to be playing sadly i am giving my alto to my sister so she can start to play and be better than me(LOL) but it is all good.... i think i am going to go back to clarinet i liked that to.... but i will not be playing for the school i do not have room at all.

Yo, 19yrs, live in Texas near the coast o` Mexico. Swimming is fun, but the water is brown at the coast and stingrays hurt. Pools are expensive and a hassle if you have pine trees. I live in one of those towns where there is nothing to do but start drinking at an early age. Farming is huge here along with oilfield workers(roughnecks). Some life.

you guys live in a nice place, like me i live in washintion where it is always raning. all we can do in my town is street race and some of us take up music like me but i like to do both.... im 18 still in school about to get out love to play the alto and bari... in concert and jazz band.. love to go to the ocean and write my pomes... have a boyfriend that i love very much... but i just love to talk to people..
