No I can`t say that I have ever heard of "sliver cleaner".
At any rate, according to some website which I was at yesterday that I can`t remeber which one of the 60 or so I searched, reprinting the saxophone owner`s manual from Yamaha you should never ever use any cleaning products on your saxophone. Many web sites also say this in regards to cleaning tips. However, another guy says to use Pledge about once a month, which I thought was for WOOD. Who knew? These are all talking about new saxophones, which are made from different metal composition than one that is 80+ years old. And I find no mention of special treatment for silver plate. (not sliver plate) Ha!!:0
