PDQ Bach, one of father Bach's umpteen children, wrote music for kazoos and all sorts of strange instruments, besides regular instruments and choral music. I wouldn't be at all surprised if an ocarina weren't in there somewhere, only probably the ocarina wasn't invented when he was alive (late 1700's). A fun thing to do is google PDQ Bach and go into some of the sites that let you hear snippets of some of his stuff - it's wild and weird.
And now that you've read the previous post and googled PDQ Bach, it can be told that this man is the invention of Peter Schickele, an inventive composer who's made a name writing fantastic music. As one reviewer said, "You either like his music or you love it."
