Someone posted an objection to being directed to another recorder forum on a previous post here.
My own opinion is, there can never be enough forums on any one subject. These websites tend to develop their own trends and followers, and each one is usually a bit different. I myself play another instrument besides recorder and visit at least three good forums on that particular instrument. If I could find more, I'd visit them, too. Each one has its own personality and you can find information on one that you might not find on another.

Ok, maybe the reference is made of me. Maybe not.
This is a wonderful forum, and I enjoy coming here. There's a lot to learn from others and also lots of people to help.
The forum I gave a link to http://www.getphpbb.com/phpbb/index.php?mforum=recorderhaven is a forum dedicated to the Recorder entirely. I don't see how this can hurt 8noteforums, and my intention is not to do that.
Those who love playing the recorder or those who are simply curious, can broaden their knowledge by visiting a forum that is fully dedicated to the recorder.
That is my only intention.
