Hello everybody. I am a Spanish boy (sorry if I don´t speak English correctly) who want to buy a Moëck recorder (here in Europe this brand is considered the best). I have searched the models and the prices, and I have found two models which I think that would be fine: Moëck alto Rottenburgh 239BG made of pearwood, or the same made of peakwood. The price is very similar (the peakwood one is a bit more expensive), so I don´t know which wood I should choose. Moreover, I don´t know very well the "peakwood" (I think it can be called "peachwood" or "Pernambuco wood" too).
Consequently, I ask you for any information in order to solve my doubt.
Thank´you very much, and best greetings,
Javier.

generally speaking the harder the wood the better the sound...my moeck is made of pearwood...and i personally think it sounds beautiful...not really sure what the other wood is but if its made by moeck its sure not to sound too bad!
