Lol, there haven't been any new songs put on the recorder part of the website for ages! In *pieces recently added* the most recent song was there when I joined up a ages ago. Are we s'posed to transpose songs for other instruments? Feel free to comment.

Note: I'm not trying to be offensive, I realise that the 8notes staff must be busy with other sections but if they could share some of their time with putting recorder pieces up onto the website - the recorder is just as much as an instrument as the flute, clarinet, piano etc.

Anders101, do you have software that would enable you to download midifiles, transpose if necessary, then print? Would be a handy resource generally, not just for this site. There are a number of freeware programs around – have a look at Finale NotePad, for instance.

There is a huge amount of recorder music available on the web. Let me know if you'd like some URLs.
