Did you ever name your recorder?

I played (with) a recorder when I was about 5-1 years old. Then I learned to play the cello while I attended junior high school.
Now I'm 65 years old and suffered a head injury in 1992. I had to learn to remember how to read books again and now
i want to learn hw to read music, again. So.....I'm back to the recorder!
