Well, I know some chords like B A G E D C D' and F#
But does someone knows other ones (please with the fingering) like C# and G#

Here's a nifty little chart from a site that Irinka mentioned. A great way to learn notes is to play with a group that's around your level. There's nothing like having to carry a line to inspire you to learn fast. Good luck. =)
