I am not much familiar with these softwares. I have been using FlexiMusic composer, It is a multi-track program for composing, editing and mixing of music. It is very ease to use .

I use Sonar, it's very user-friendly, but also has a lot of "bells-and-whistles" for when I want to play around with putting effects on my voice or any of the background music. It also has a great sheet music editor if you want to be able to print your songs.

I like to use Finale. It's simple to use, but it is very professional.
