I think the oboe has been removed from the main instruments...
Perhaps the oboe and bassoon forum could be combined into a "doublereed" forum? The IDRS and woodwind.org don`t really separate the two instruments into different groups for their mailing lists and the combination would at least help boost activity a little.

Other than that I think the 8notes image needs to change from dark blue to maybe an orange or yellow -ish color. Right now it looks like a rain cload blocking the sun.
*I noticed when I went to find my profile/account it was quite hard to find to enter it. Mabey you could make it a little easier to find instead of hiding it up in the corner.
*If it was possible could an "edit post" button be made available so as mis-spelling or false information could be edited by the author of the post.
Apart from that it`s a pretty groovy new look and well appreciated by all.
Hopefully the reason behind calling it community will become clearer over time. It`s a side of the site we`re hoping to expand and there`s a bunch of exciting new features in the pipeline. Stay tuned...
I agree about the "community" tab. Newcomers won`t know that`s the forums link because no other sites are set up this way. I just hit it in desperation myself, to find the forums. Perhaps a combined title of some sort, or some other way to let people know where to go for the forums?
I like it. One thing i`ve noticed thoug is that the topics that are posted on in the sax forum do not show up on the main forum page. other than that, good stuff.
