I've completed my composition for my Music GCSE coursework, and it's a piece in Rondo form...and I dont know what to call it!
I know it'll be hard for anyone to offer me any idea's on names as you haven't heard my piece, but I can tell you that the piece is based on the Romantic Era and has happy, angry and sad emotions, and is written for the piano, violin, guitar and voice.
Any suggestions on names would be highly appreciated!
This will sound like the dumbest thing you've ever heard (maybe not) but close your eyes when you listen to your piece and imagine the picture it paints in your mind. Name it for something in that picture. This works for me when I can't think of a name for any of my pieces.
Thanks everyone for your replies!! The closing my eyes and seeing the picture thing worked, and I ended up calling it 'Emozione di una Memoria Distante' which is Italian for Emotions of a Distant Memory!!!!!
