I was wondering about a minor chord progression one day and I thought to myself...... Does it need any major chords to complete it's structure? like I had Cm, then A#m, then Em, then I tried a 9th on the E but I am not getting the required sound..any tips on good chord progressions that sound eerie or minor...or something evil-like?

hm, if you're looking for an evil sound try using diminished chords, those usually get the job done
