Which is the world best notation software ?
Finale or Sibelius

Please suggest software for film scoring

If you are going to be film scoring I suggest you go with Finale. I prefer Sibelius myself, but the most popular standard is Finale. It will be easier for others to work with you.

Both are quite good.

Finale is probably the better I have not used Sibelius much though.

Lilypond is free, but is not a Windows based program - you write script files that get processed. It's more like programming.

I have had great luck with it, but then again, I'm a computer programmer!

You could try Note Worthy Composer. Search on YouTube and you'll find it for free.
