Lip trills.
Only do them on the F side of the Horn.
Start with G#. Play G# (2-3)and slowly go Tah-Eee-Ah with your tongue. IT should produce a change in pitch, yes you will need to move the lip a little bit also. Do this slowly again about 4 tah eee ah eee ah ee ah's. Try it on other notes up and down, again only use the F horn side). After you get used to this (about a week) add to the exercise.
Again, start on G# play quarter notes one measure in common time moderate tempo, one measure each eighth notes, eighth note triplets, sixteeth notes. Move onto the next note.

yes, lip trills will affect your embouchre.
In a good way. Lip trills should be a part of your daily exercises. A proper embouchre will be able to do lip trills well. An embouchre that is too pinched will have difficulties doing the lip trills.

Not necessarily.
Your embouchre might be okay.
Lips trill technique is acquired over a period of time.
Practice them a little bit and eventually you should be good to go.
Here is something controversial but I do use it as a teaching tool:
Play with you cheecks puffed out. Get a feeling for what your lips feel like when you play with your cheeks puffed out. Relax the lips enough to keep a good tone. This is what you should feel like when playing. I do NOT recommend playing this way all the time. But it does give you a good feeling of what you are working toward.
