I have just posted music files for my “Three Episodes” for tuba and piano on my web site. This high school level composition contains three movements: Frolic, Song, and March. It uses modality, easy meter changes, and counterpoint in a modern setting reminiscent of Rodger Vaughan’s Concertpieces. You can see and hear this composition and my other compositions and arrangements for tuba by visiting my web site at http://cooppress.hostrack.net and following the link to “tuba music”. I hope that this composition is a useful addition to the repertoire.

Sincerely,

Sy Brandon, composer
