The song most people would call the "graduation song" is Pomp and Circumstance. There are quite a few other songs that are commonly played at graduations, however.

There's also a song by Vitamin C played at graduations, but "Pomp and Circumstance" is the most common song.

Well, the graduation song has always been for my primary school as far as I recall Graduation (Friends Forever) by Vitamin C.
