Hey everyone... I`m in desperate need for the score to clocks. I can`t buy it ANYWHERE in Canada and they won`t let me buy the book online *cause they`re "not allowed" to send it over here >.<* I need it A.S.A.P. because I don`t know the whole song yet which I need soon for my school`s talent night! So if anyone can help me out... I would be ever so grateful!!!!!!!
*If you can help.. My e-mail address is: daves_gurlie@hotmail.com*
THANKS AGAIN!!!

Most of the sheet music I`ve seen posted doesn`t have the left hand right. The left hand plays every note one octave down, but does the opposite of the right. The left starts G, B-flat, E-flat while the right is doing E-flat, B-flat, G. Also the fifth note (b-flat first seq) of the right hand of every other sequence is NOT played with the right hand, but is with the left. Listen to the record carefully and you`ll here this. Skiping that note is a very important part of the feel of the riff. You also need to nail the highest note of the right hard, and keep the left hand softer to get it perfect. Thats what I`ve found works best so far, I`m open to any other ideas too.
The Internet isn`t going to help you learn Clocks if you don`t know how to play the piano.... And the first page and the sheet music are available at musicnotes like people have been saying for a while. If you are just trying to avoid paying, check out Jeanie`s Home Studio. I think it`s a Tripod site but she has a ton of cool sheet music.

i`m not going to send anybody any more than the first line, which is posted on the link earlier in the thread. first of all, thats all i know, and plus, this is copyrighted material, so go and buy it, like someone else already said. you could probably get just one song for like 3 bucks, or the whole book for maybe 15 or 20. please do not email me and ask me to pay my money for a score, then give it to you for free. thanx.

i think we should just face the facts, you can`t get the whole score for clocks unless you buy it, you can get the first page as a sample from musicnotes.com and you can buy it from there too, and it`s not very expenisive. but your not going to get it free from anywhere!
but if any1 finds it please tell me!!!

hey I wanna play Clocks as well, but all the sites I`ve been to, they only have books, not sheet music. I`ve been to musicnotes.com but the download thing wont come up on my computer, so will somebody send me Colpay`s "Clocks" for piano? the sheet music?
14 yr old in need,
Jay
And just a thought from a bad piano player and average singer like me: If you have a synth with key splitting, Clocks is a good song to perform live as a cover version, because left and right hand play the same. I play Pad/Strings-Sound with my left hand and piano with my right. Works fine for me, just singing simultaneously is a little bit tricky.
