At the moment, we play

1. Route 66
2. Jumpin Jack Jive
3. Takin it to the Streets
4. Prime Time
5. Blue and Boogie
6. If I Didn't Have You
7. Smooth (i love this song!!!)

it was quite funny, because for a concert, we where going to play 1, 2, 3 and 6 and when our conductor was telling us the program, he said 'we'll be playing If I Take, Jump and Route'. It sounded quite funny and rude.

Theme from "Family Guy"
Moondance
Soul Man
Respect
Beauty and the Beast

"Beauty and the Beast" is kinda a Bassie-like song; it's pretty cool!!

P.S. We played "Blue and Boogie" last year. It was pretty cool, but really repetitive...

I wish our jazz band was playing Beauty and the Beast. I love that song! Our conductor won't let us. Oh well... But at the moment we've just started the song Under The Sea from The Little Mermaid.

You must go to Plan B: get your own lunchtime or after-hours band together!

Where could I find good jazz band music for say, drums, bass guitar, lead guitar, trumpets I and II, tenor sax, trombone, clarinet and piano? Oh, I could possibly add a flute in there too. Jazz flutes are cool.
